We base our whole philosophy around what we call our Triangle of Health. This is the founded on the understanding that our whole body is in balance when we optimise our nutrition, perform suitable exercise while supporting our mental health/wellbeing at the same time. One aspect without the other will not achieve optimum health.
We also believe that small, sustained changes in all aspects of the triangle will show results and longer lasting effect as time goes on. Avoid radical detox diets (in fact we don’t advocate the traditional diets in any way, let alone anything radical), try to avoid calorie counting since it is misleading and has nothing to do with the nutrient value of foods, and look for exercise programmes that can be permanently integrated into a lifestyle.
